The People Powered Workforce Project
Welcome!
The goal of the People Powered Workforce Project is to expand, diversify, train, and retain the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) workforce across Washington State. Over the course of a year, we hosted 31 focus groups and engaged in 71 hours of conversation with 139 individuals from 22 counties to hear about the experiences of the workforce. The story of what we learned is captured on this website.
We invite you to explore these pages to better understand the collective experiences of the workforce. Then, visit The Strategy: A Call to Action page to reimagine how we approach this work—by putting relationships first, thinking emergently, and applying six guiding principles we call the “Re-imagining Moves.” To download the content of this website as a PDF report, click on the button below.
